Shipping & Returns

Sonship International is committed to creating a simple and easy returns process. 

As part of this policy you are able to return goods to us within 14 days of purchase for whatever reason.  The goods must be in their original condition and include all items. 

A request must first be made in writing (letter, fax to email) to the address below.  The request must include your Full Name, the date of the order and order number.  Once the returns request has been authorized by our staff, please send the items back to us, noting that shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are NOT refundable.

  • CANCELLATIONS

Sonship International is committed to creating a simple and easy cancellation process.

As part of this policy you are able to cancel purchase from us within the first 48 hours from the order as long as the item(s) have not been dispatched.  If the items have been dispatched, please follow our refunds process above - otherwise -

  • DELIVERIES

Sonship International is committed to creating a simple and efficient delivery structure to get the items you have ordered out to you as quickly as possible.

We deliver most of our items (as long as they are in stock) within 14 days from point of order using {!! office()->title !!} Post.

If for any reason items arrive with you damaged, then Sonship International will replace these items free of charge once the damaged items have been returned.

In some rare instances packages are lost in transit.  If this happens we will endeavor to locate the parcel and replace the contents in a reasonable time frame.
